How to order

Simply browse the site by using the menu to the left of the screen or click on the buttons below to view relevant ranges.

By clicking on any image within categories you can view a close up of the product together with further details.

Once you have made your selections proceed to checkout by clicking on the appropriate button. You will then be guided through the purchasing process in a completely secure environment and your order will normally despatched within 48 hours (Monday- Friday and stock permitting).

In the event of there being any problems with the order you will be contacted directly in order to make alternative choices or to cancel the order. As we operate a deferred order system your card will not be charged until we despatch your goods, you will at this stage be sent an e-mail telling you that your goods have been 'released'.

We realise that many first time customers do not feel at ease with making payments by credit card over the Internet but many millions of such transactions are carried out every day with absolutely no problems. It is in fact safer than giving your card to a waiter in a restaurant or giving your card details over the phone.

We use the very latest SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology to protect any information communicated through the transaction. This will make it almost impossible for anyone else to decode.

Your Credit card details are not held on the Internet. Once the payment has been validated and approved your details are completely deleted. On any future purchases you will be asked to re input some information but we feel that this gives you peace of mind and allows you to change details such as size, delivery address or credit card on future orders.
