  • Ordering and Payments

    How do I order?

    When you see an item you like, simply click on the picture or name to see the full product details. Here you will also have the option to select a size and colour if applicable by clicking the relevant option boxes, next select the quantity you require and click the 'add to basket' button. You can now go to the checkout or continue to shop.

    As you browse the site you can add more items you wish to buy to your basket in the same way

    When you are ready to complete your order, click on the ‘Checkout’ button (located at the top right hand corner of the page) You can then review your purchase, fill in details of delivery and billing addresses and select how you wish to pay for the items using our secure payment process.

    Where do I find sizing information?

    Where applicable a size guide will be found on each product and it can be displayed by clicking on the tape measure icon at the side of the size option box

    As sizing can vary between different brands we do not have one generic size guide, instead we try to give you as much information as possible about individual garments to help make your choice easier - we hope it does - but if not don't hesitate to call us for advice on 01694781313

    How can I pay?

    We currently accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express and we also have a Paypal option. You can make your selection of payment method via our secure transaction process at the end of the checkout stage.

    Please note that we are now unable to accept cheque payments

    Can I call you to place my order?

    Yes you can

    Just call us on 01694 781313 and speak with one of our friendly Customer Service team who will be happy to take your order details with card payment and answer any product or delivery questions you may have

    We are available Monday to Friday (09.30am – 17.00pm) to process orders or to help with your enquiries over the telephone (excluding Bank Holidays)

    Why haven't I received an E-Mail order confirmation?
    We always send an e-mail when we receive an order. If, after a few minutes, you have not had an e-mail from us please check your spam folders as sometimes your security settings may capture them. It's also a good idea to re-check your e-mail address is correct on the order as this is the one used for all notifications. Please call us on +44 (0)1694781313.     How much will delivery cost?

    Our delivery costs as shown are a single charge per order.

    UK. Standard Delivery - Tracked Service £3.95
    Next Day Delivery** £8.95 **Please check our terms for this service on our deliveries page
    Overseas. Standard Delivery - £6.00. Tracked Service £12.00.

    How long will my parcel take to arrive?

    We work with Royal Mail to send many of our parcels and although dependant on the delivery option you select the average UK delivery is usually 1-4 days (This may be longer during busy periods) If you have chosen a courier delivery option your parcel will be despatched using either a Royal Mail special delivery service or via DPD, both of which are a next working day delivery service. (Courier delivery orders for next-day delivery need to be placed prior to 2pm for a next-day service)

    Overseas orders are despatched using a Royal Mail Airmail service. Deliveries to EU countries can take 7-14 days and Non-EU countries can take 14-21 days.

    Can I send an item to someone as a gift?

    Yes you can!

    When you reach the checkout, the first page you complete is for the delivery details and the address box here will require the name and address for delivery of your order.

    If you have an alternative billing name and address we will ask you to provide it on the next page where you will also select your payment option.

    If possible please leave us a note in the message box on the delivery page to specify the item is a gift so we do not include your invoice or any pricing details in the parcel. (Unfortunately we are unable to offer a gift wrapping service but we do always try to ensure all our parcels are nicely packaged!)

    Can I collect an item from your warehouse?
    You can collect orders from us here in Marshbrook if you’re in the area. We would need to process your order over telephone so that we can ensure the item you would like is available in stock and we can let you know when the order would be ready for collection. Please call us on 01694 781313 to arrange this with our Customer Service team.
    When will I need to order by to receive my goods in time for Christmas?

    We will always do our best to ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas.

    We will work with Royal Mail and our courier service to help us inform you of the last posting dates suggested to receive your order in time for Christmas. Delivery time of any orders placed after these dates cannot be guaranteed

    UK and Channel Islands:

  • Returns

    Can I return an item to you?

    If you are unhappy with an item or the sizing is not quite right, you can return it to us within 28 days of purchase using our Freepost returns service. A returns slip is located at the bottom of the invoice enclosed in your parcel with the details.

    Upon receipt of the return we will replace the item for an alternative size/alternative item or we will refund the cost of the item back to your payment method according to your request.

    Please ensure that the item you are returning is in an unworn/unused condition and that all of the product labels and packaging are enclosed in order for us to process your return promptly

    PLEASE NOTE If you wish to return an item from OUTSIDE the UK you will not be able to use the freepost service offered and should contact us before sending your return. You can do this by e-mail to enquiries@woodsofshropshire.co.uk or by telephone on +44(0)1694781313

    I am ordering an item for a Christmas gift, can I return this after Christmas if it's not suitable?
    Of course! We usually extended our Returns and Exchange period until the end of January for orders placed from 1st November.
